the new year.

so, there’s been a lot of hype about you, 2011, about your prosperity. i laughed when i heard and thought, “here we go again.” but it looks like the hype is true. i have watched friend after friend meet great opportunities since new years. and now, i have too.

after almost 3 years of graduating from college, i have finally landed a job using my degree. i will make what i deserve, i will have room to grow, professionally and personally, and i will have an impact on things bigger than myself. and so, i am beyond excited.
